Using structured literacy and research-based teaching practices, we help students build strong foundational skills in reading, writing, and math. Instruction is designed to meet learners where they are and support meaningful, steady academic growth.

While our primary focus is elementary education, support may also be available for older learners who need to strengthen foundational academic skills.

Meet the Teacher
Welcome! I'm Emma. I am so glad you're here!
I’m a certified educator with a Master’s degree in Education and over 10 years of experience supporting elementary learners. My background includes elementary and special education, structured literacy, Orton-Gillingham–based instruction, and evidence-based reading and math intervention.

I specialize in helping students strengthen foundational skills in reading, writing, and math through individualized, teacher-led instruction designed around each learner’s needs.

I believe meaningful growth happens through clear instruction, consistent support, and strong partnerships with families. My goal is to help learners strengthen essential skills, build confidence, and develop a positive relationship with learning.

One-on-One
Personalized instruction designed around your child's specific strengths, needs and learning goals
Library Learning Program
A unique program that combines a 50-minute in-person small group at the library with a 30-minute virtual one-on-one session.
Learning Pod
A small, focused learning experience for two students who are working toward similar academic goals.
Book Club
A teacher-led small-group reading experience, available virtually or in person, where students learn how to build comprehension through explicit instruction, discussion, and engaging chapter books.
